[No two ways about it, the weather's getting colder.  It's got to the point it's very seriously unattractive to go riverdiving, okay.  And it's been a month, and she's still here and that sucks, so... time to actually make decisions like she's going to be stuck here for a while.]

Is there anyone in town who could help me out with some plumbing installation at the mikan grove?  I don't have running water up where I live and it's kind of getting cold, so...

...ah, I could pay you in fruit.  There's a lot of it and it's getting pretty ripe now.  Or we can work something else out.

Oh, speaking of which, I know this place has got harvested every year by...uh... me.  I guess.  It's getting around that time of the year.  I'd appreciate it if anyone would be willing to give me a hand, say, first Saturday in November?   There's like a shed up here with baskets and everything, so just... bring yourselves, I guess.

[Tempted to ask after his sister. Deciding not to push. Instead, she asks:] How've you been?

Kinda bored again but new peeps are showin' up again so that's cool, but I'm back to bein' dead though so that blows. New peeps are cool though.

[There's a small pause because he just answered half her question for her anyway. Oh my god, do you often just tell people you're dead? ;_;

That's pretty harsh, though. She blinks at him before trying to recover equilibrium, given he said it so casually. Uh. Where was she.]

Look, it ain't nothin' bad. I ain't really dead, just mostly dead an' it all works out in the end. I get t'come back to life later, just not when I'm from. [He shrugs.]

Reaper's Game - s'long as I don't die at the end of 7 days, I'm good to go. 'Course, I've been doing it for 'bout 3 weeks now, but we're supposed to finish up soon. Jus' gotta keep myself from disappearin' first and there's only a day left to go.
